Yes, the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.
Is the pool private?
Yes, the villa features a private infinity pool exclusively for guests, as well as access to the residence’s shared pool.
Does the villa have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Is the villa close to the beach and restaurants?
Yes, the villa is located just a few minutes from the beach, Marina Greenwich, and a variety of restaurants, bars, and leisure areas in Altea and Calpe.
How can I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and number of guests, or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.
How and when do I pay?
Depending on the selected rate (not all rates are always available), prepayment will be required as follows:
Refundable rate: first night (refundable until the date stated in the offer).
Non-refundable rate: total stay (non-refundable). Payment is made via bank transfer
When will I know the final price?
Both the conditions and the total reservation price will be communicated as soon as possible after receiving your request.
How is the cancelation policy?
The cancelation policy depends of the selected rate. The exact booking conditions will be communicated after the inquiry is sent
Can I change my dates after booking?
Yes, as long as there is availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you with your case.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome under one condition: they must not be left alone in the house if they bark, howl, or disturb neighbors.

Yes, the villa has one private parking space plus extra parking on the street next to the house
