THE COSTA BLANCA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

The Costa Blanca owes its name to its spectacular white sandy beaches, illuminated by the Mediterranean sun for more than 330 days a year, with an average temperature of 20°C. Located between Alicante and Valencia, it offers unique landscapes featuring mountains, cliffs, and crystal-clear coves.

From Altea, you can discover iconic destinations such as Benidorm, known as the Mediterranean’s “Little New York”; Calpe and its famous Peñón de Ifach; Moraira with its fine sandy beaches and marina; Jávea and its scenic viewpoint route; or Guadalest, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Spain.

You can also visit the stunning Algar Waterfalls, surrounded by nature, or explore Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences, designed by Santiago Calatrava.

ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES

The region offers a wide variety of activities for every taste. Sea lovers can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, flyboarding, and sailing in places such as Marina Greenwich or Cap Negret Beach.

For sports enthusiasts, the area features prestigious golf courses such as Golf de Altea or Villaitana in Benidorm, as well as tennis and padel courts just a few minutes from the villa.

Nature lovers will discover incredible hiking and cycling routes, such as the “Camins d’Altea” or the spectacular Serra Gelada Natural Park, offering some of the most breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coast. In addition, nearby theme parks include Terra Mítica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, and Terra Natura.
